Hello, my name is Kylie Bragdon and I am most passionate about exercise. During my workouts I push myself to the limit, always trying to perform better than the day before. Though I enjoy the burn of every rep, I am motivated to go to the gym by the degree of accomplishment I feel at the end of every session. The ONLY reason I became a personal trainer was so I could share that feeling with others. My business, Otrera Fitness, is focused on educating, empowering, and motivating women to make a change in their lives.
